This machine has been principally designed & manufactured to wash Internal & External Surface of Vial / Glass bottle in linear intermittent motion. This machine is widely used in Pharmaceutical & injectable Formulation plant. Our Various model can deliver the speed / output from 50 Vials per minute to 400 Vial per minute.
The Machine is equipped with 3 NOS of AISI 316L Tank with pump ( 1 Each for Re-circulation Water, DM Water and WFI Water). Automatic Tunnel Type Linear Vial washing Machine is ingrained with 10 Internal Washes & 2 NOS of External Washes in order to ensure the complete internal & external cleaning of vial. Further, Washing Sequence can be customized as per the clients requirement.

- Washing chamber having various spray zones and Water spray duration is electrically controlled.
- Washing Cycle & Washing Timing can be adjusted depending upon the requirement.
- 3 NOS of SS 316L tank with Centrifugal Pumps. 1 No. each for Re-circulation Water, DM Water and WFI Water.
- 4 NOS of Glycrine filled Pressure Gauges. (1 No. each for DM, WFI, Re-cycled Water & Compressed Air)
- No Change Parts required for washing of 5ml to 30ml vials.
- All parts coming in contact with washing zones / jet as well as All pipe fittings in Contact with water are made of SS 316 materials.
- Washing Sequence can be changed according to requirement.
- Water recycling arrangement is possible according to user requirement.
- Inbuilt Infeed SS-304 Wiremesh Conveyor
- Variable Freqeuncy Drive for Speed Control
- Emergency Switch on Control Panel & Outfeed.
- Outfeed of the machine can connect directly to Sterilizing Tunnel or can collect it in the trays.
