Semi Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is an amazingly efficient machine that can quickly and accurately fill and seal tubes with a variety of products. This machine can handle both viscous and non-viscous materials, such as creams, gels, pastes, ointments, glues, and other semi-solid products. Semi Automatic Tube filling and sealing machine is used to fill viscous & semi viscous material in both Lami Tubes & Aluminium tube. This tube filler and sealer has a single filling and sealing head. It is available with a coding unit for printing the batch manufacturing data.
In the Tube filling Machine, tubes are fed in nylon holder by operator. Tube is sensed by No tube no fill mechanism. In next station the pump, in the pump housing moves forward and tube is filled with the desired amount of paste /ointment. After filling operation, tubes are indexed to the next station through a sealing mechanism, which comprises two stations where tubes are get folded. The coding station is where the folded beam of tube iscoded with different letters in the holder. The sealed tube is the lifted out from tube holder in the next station by Ejection rod and it is deflected by tipper to the receiving hopper kept right side of the machine.
