In the event that a return is necessary, we have established the following return policy for both our global and Indian customers.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Defective or Damaged Products: If the Machine received is defective or damaged, customers are eligible for a return.
2. Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product delivered does not match the order, customers can request a return.

Return Window

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the machine.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email at export.technogen@gmail.com or call our helpline at +916352967715. Provide our invoice number, machine details, reason for the return, along with video and photo of the machinery.
2. Approval and Instructions: Our team will review the request and will determine the approval. Once the return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the machine, including the return shipping address.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund or Replacement:

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
• Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.
  • Replacements: Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or specially ordered machinery.
• Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery (except for defective products).
• Request made beyond return window.
