This is a dual head automatic auger filler for high speed Powder filling application. The Machine feature superior synchronization between filling and indexing system.
The Double head Auger powder filler comes with 2 filling head, 2 Hopper, product transport conveyor to get higher production speed. Contact parts are made from stainless steel 316L material. This machine works on principal of Augumetric volumetric filling principal. Auger screw rotation is controlled through high powered Servo Motor. Servo motor is controlled using Servo driver and PLC. The Filling Material is metered through controlling the revolution of the Auger screw.
