The Automatic Top Side Horizontal Sticker Labeling Machine is a versatile labeling machine and easy to run. The heavy construction of the machine makes sure the long-lasting production in any modern packaging line. For the product transport, this equipment use specially designed conveyor of Roller chain and on which polypropylene made roller are mounted. The product can either be charged on this roller or automated feeding equipment available as an add-on feature.
This labeling machine is controlled using programmable logic controller (PLC) and operated using a colour touch screen–Human machine interface. The Label applicator is servo driven, and controlled using Servo drive and PLC to assure the exact label dispensing and accurate label placement on the product.
