Automatic External Ampoule Washing Machine Details
We are manufacturer, supplier & Exporter of prime quality Automatic Rotary External Ampoule Washing Machine Model TGAW-250RE used in Pharmaceutical Industries. Machine is based on Rotary Continous motion principal and used to wash external surface of Ampoule. Machine has been equipped with 4 washing station.
In Sequence of operation of Automatic External Ampoule washing machine , Ampoules from the loading tray are correctly spaced with help of feed worm. Then Ampoule is received in rotating wheel for washing purpose.On product rotating wheel, there are two washing station. 1st washing station is Tap water station and in case of more dirt, you can use detergent wash as well.2nd washing system is purely a Tap water washing system. On final exist feed-worm, there are two washing station available. Which combine blowing dry air & also hot air in order to ensure no water droplet remain on outer surface of container.
